I am still brainworkmed by Kim Stanley Robinson's economic models from the Mars trilogy, and fell in love with the idea of joint ownership co-operatives. I loathe stock options offered to employees, which grant no actual ownership, just asking staff to give the company a loan and in return by on puppet strings
Kate Wagner, author of McMansion Hell, is sent by Road and Track, to do a piece on F1. Wagner has positive impressions of a driver, Lewis Hamilton, neutral impressions of the sport, and negative views of the rich, high-status people in the same audience areas as herself. Road and Track actually took the article off their website an hour after publishing it and at time of bookmarking there is very little context as for why. The explanations given by the editor in chief don't make much sense even to me, a non-media person.
Was highly amused at the Product-Engineering quartet alignment meeting the duelling declarations, spoken within minutes of each other, that we need an AI feature to differentiate is from the competition and we also need an AI feature because weβre losing sales as the competitors are all promising one too.
